Classroom Decorum

Student signs terms and conditions including rules and common courtesies expected in Virtual Classroom Learning environment

  • Please dress tastefully and modestly while in camera field of view

  • The school is not responsible for online behavior of students

  • Disruptive behavior could result in dismissal - no refund

Absences and Tardies

While unexpected events may cause a student or teacher to be late or absent from scheduled class sessions, every effort should be made to arrive before class begins and attend all class sessions

  • If arriving after the class has started, try to enter the classroom as quietly and innocuously as possible.

  • please don't interrupt the presentation to make excuses or ask for a rehash of the lesson in progress.

  • If a teacher needs to cancel a session for cause, arrangements will be made for make-up sessions or tuition credit.

Tuition Payments

Private Tutoring

  • Tuition for all private tutoring sessions should be paid in advance by the last week of each month, for the following month.

  • Monthly advantage discount. - We offer a convenient plan for fixed monthly tuition (regardless whether the month has 4 or 5 sessions). Otherwise, per session rates apply to partial months and individual sessions.

  • If a student is unable to attend a scheduled session and gives the teacher at least 24 hours notice, a make-up session may be offered within one week (depending on teacher's availability), otherwise the session is forfeited, i.e. not credited or banked .

Planned Classes & Groups

  • 100% of tuition is due before the end of Open Enrollment period. Special arrangements may be considered for extraordinary circumstances.
